May 2nd, 2017 by retail design blog

HOK has designed the new offices of hotel management and development firm McKibbon Hospitality, located in Tampa, Florida. McKibbon’s corporate office features 10,000 square feet of workspace for 40 employees with room for expansion. The office was completed in March 2017 in Tampa, FL. McKibbon worked with BUILT on custom tables, chairs and rolled steel walls; Modulo on glass and steel features; and CI Group on office furniture.

Notable features include rolled steel accent walls, a glass garage door, custom-designed tables and chairs, and height-adjustable workspaces. The office features an open lobby design, a community room available for use by area non-profits and vendor partners, and a design room for brainstorming future development projects. The space also includes abstract local artwork from Tampa artist Taylor O. Thomas.
