DAL DUCA is an Italian tailoring that creates made-to-measure, hand-sewed suits following the Italian traditions with a unique and distinctive touch. The idea behind the new DAL DUCA showroom was to create an elegant space where the guests could feel comfortable in a relaxed atmosphere. “Il Salotto”, Italian name for Living Room, has been the main inspiration as DAL DUCA philosophy is to get to know its clients well in order to recognize their needs and the best place to do that is “Il Salotto”.

M2A materialized this philosophy creating a space where Dal Duca could reach this complicity with its guests and at the same time showcase its exclusive creations. The space has been divided into two main areas: one has been dedicated to the product display and the other one, more intimate, has been dedicated to tailoring and fitting. The care of details has been meticulous. The most refined materials like metal and glass has been used for the garments.

The suspended metal frames have been designed to give dynamism and character to the space with asymmetric elements and overlapping lines at different heights and thicknesses. The smoked glass shelves give a touch of class and transparency to the structures. For the surrounding environment, a combination of light shades of gray, wooden floor and textiles gives a comfortable balance of colors to the eye and gives the space brightness and a spacious feeling.

The display table at the entrance has been custom made exclusively for Dal Duca. The materials used recall the ones chosen for the space. The legs get inspiration from the repeated lines of the display structures with a twist and the wooden top has an important size that gives space to creative displays. The showroom opened its doors in April 2017 in an exclusive location in central Hong Kong, bringing a fresh and smart Italian touch to the heart of Asia.
