IA Interior Architects has designed the offices of real estate investment company Spirit Realty Capital, located in Dallas, Texas. Environmental graphics incorporate a vinyl logo for the front desk that can be later replaced with a pin-mounted metal logo on the stone.

Maps and Texas materials, such as stone, wood, and leather, are incorporated, while giving the space contrast for added warmth and a homey feeling. Patterns and glass film utilized for additional graphics are inspired by the firm’s real estate topography.
