Matthews mee Ltd where approached by IHG to design their latest Crowne Plaza Hotel’s 6th floor Club Lounge in the City of London, taking the brand design ethic 10% inspired, 40% restorative, 50% with a ‘new modern style’ for the contemporary business traveller & club member that is their own personal retreat in the heart of central London, featuring relaxing organic formed plush velvet banquet seats against a desaturated back drop, complemented with limed oak & carrara marble sufaces, delicate & elegant fret lazer cut steel screen divide the spaces without creating barriers & provide enticing glimces from one to the next, finished off with bespoke over scaled art work & mirror to add interest & reflect light.
