French market hall meets french bistro: In a space of only 110 square metres, the typical flair of a large market hall with its typical market stands allow you to intensely feel and enjoy the diversity and high standards of quality. Simply consume your food on the spot or take them along. Three market stands represent different product worlds, each of them with another Look & Feel, help the customer to find their way and point out an overview on what’s on offer. On the other hand, an all-over consistency in style and design as well as the selected material communicate the umbrella brand of Les Halles St. Honoré for the relevant areas.

Épicerie fine: Selling gourmet food and wine, displayed in piled wooden boxes serving as product carrier – this is an ambience just as in an old-established corner shop. A low ceiling makes you feel comfortable while enjoying the french cuisine. Recessed spots have been included into the typical Vichy patterns to blend in visually with their environment.

Boulangerie & Patisserie: The design reminds of a typical French bakery with its lighthearted Look & Feel. The wallpaper design is adapted by the typical french marinière shirt stripes. A big logo near the window communicates the umbrella brand inside and outside. The design of the front seating area offers high tables and stools in the typical look of a French Bistro. Industrial pendant lights create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The high tables are best for „Eat & Go“ during rush hours, in the morning and at lunchtime.

Fromagerie & Charcuterie: A counter with a clean and functional look, one has come to expect from a butcher‘s shop. In contrast to that the seating area is especially intended for the evening vibrant restaurant business. Wooden tables and chairs in the classic French Bistro design ensure high seating flexibility. A logo painted on the concrete wall as well as pennants in the French colours mounted above the seating area make the customer feel a sense of ease à la française. A dark sprayed open ceiling, a concrete floor and painted walls in grey emphasise the character of the wholesale market and make the customer feel the space has been there „all time long“. Charming details make the visitor smile and feel at home in France.
