How can the Swiss PostFinance bring its customers into the digital age, without losing them? What’s the best way to present digital services at the POS? Which consultation situations offer the best service? Together with the PostFinance and the neuro-marketing agency Instinct Lab, hartmannvonsiebenthal developed a brand-new customer experience with individual consultation areas, a central product table with tangible products, as well as a consultation corner for the bank’s digital services. Since 2016, the whole network has been rolled out with the new branch concept.
