The Brief
With a new phase launching, the development needed to relocate the marketing suite. Alongside this, the identity for the entire site was also having a re-brand. Both of the elements teamed together gave the team an exciting opportunity to breathe new life into the scheme. The commercial space chosen, needed to house both the suite and a full show apartment.
The Plan
The refreshed branding consisted of bright and bold colours, meaning the interior needed to follow suit and wow visitors. Taking inspiration from the surrounding water of the Docklands the main flooring is made of poured resin, giving a bright blue seamless finish.
Lighting a space that reaches over 8 meters in height was a design feat in itself – however this was overcome by creating a large over scaled feature light, spelling out the development name. To ensure that the smaller scale of the suite, it was decided to not shut off any of the office or meeting room – but rather use glass screens or acoustic felt panels. Other textures in the suite were also placed in to help with acoustics of the double height space.
