The 4th location for Earnest Ice Cream is located on the north shore of Vancouver. Immediately you are drawn into the black backdrop with their trademark swirls hand painted on the ceiling and cascading down the wall. Reclaimed fir wood which is native to the area was used in different applications and patterns. A 14 foot LED custom light sculpture fills the high ceiling and is representative to the area. Concrete steps were designed next to the counter as an “Instagram” area with the company’s slogan proudly visible. This store has a minimalist interior but impactful, open and bright with rustic touches -all true to their philosophy and commitment to zero waste and sustainability
