The client’s vision for this unique Pan-Pacific Bar and Restaurant, was of a culinary fusion between the Americas, Eastern Asia and Australia, with an equally fusionistic and awe-inspiring interior. The concept design started with one very simple idea in mind, raw organic texture! The inspired melee of immensely textured stone walls, reclaimed Balinese greenheart timber, organic living walls and the soft, femininity of the cherry blossom tree, all blend and contradict as one. Upon entering Pavilion, you could be anywhere in the world.
