With the goal to become the best one-to-one bank in Serbia, international branding and customer experience agency I-AM worked with Société Générale to design a game-changing concept that revolutionises the role of staff and integrated new technologies within the branch experience. I-AM developed a visually striking, distinctive and modular branch design, which radically improved the customer journey, introducing a ‘welcome & enquiry’ moment together with an enhanced self-service experience to assist clients in reaping the benefits of digital channels. The modular thinking was developed into a kit of parts to form a flexible and engaging concept applicable to existing and future sites.
