Bread – The Feeling of freshly baked bread coming out of the oven is a primal delight.
In the design of Shibolet bakery, a local bakery chain, we tried to stay as close as possible to the basic atmosphere of preparing & baking fresh bread.
We used simple color scheme of basic materials, wood, iron & simple bricks. Particular focus was put to the lighting fixtures’ location, height and color rendering quality.
Towards weekend, the product range shifts towards pastries, and the traditional Challah bread.
In order to meet weekend’s heavy footfall operational requirements, the Bun Pan Bakery Racks are rolled outside to a designated area in the store, right from the oven, thus enabling customers to enjoy hot freshly baked bread.
