LAAIRAI is an Asian fusion eatery with the entire space designed like an all-dark “Black Cube”, offering funky recipes and innovative cocktails inspired from Vietnamese “Nhậu” culture (equivalent to Japan’s Izakaya), such as grilling, dried fishes, fermentation, noodles and rice. Plus all-day good vibe.

The design is an experimentation of scale, contrast and maximalism. The narrow entry opens up into the warm, spacious private zone right when stepping in. The semi-open kitchen, wrapped partly by a brick wall and a glass front, is a tribute to traditional Vietnamese kitchen normally found in the countryside blended well with modernity.
