Shu Bar as a speakeasy bar, designed to evoke curiousness from the passerby with an eye-catching element of bold colors, patterns, and combination of materials. With inspiration from China’s Forbidden City, the whole concept is made to portray palace life of luxury, priority, intimate and presented with modern interpretation.

The concept of Chinese culture is wrapped in modern nuances by using a combination of materials and patterns that are more contemporary. We prioritize several important things in designing to be in line with the client’s wishes, namely conveying the concepts of priority, intimate, and luxury simultaneously.
