We help BARTELS to design their first cafe in the heart of Bangkok, with a minimal and Scandinavian style that gives a warm welcome and comfy feelings.
The cafe aims to be a community for health-conscious people because they serve fresh-baked homemade sourdough and cold-pressed juice. So we decorate the cafe with greenery and wooden furniture to embrace a healthy and nature concept.
Walking into the cafe, you will see the counter with a variety of bakery. Behind the counter is a big oven for baking fresh bread. The LED neon flex light signage says “flour, water, salt, time” to represent how they make sourdough with heart, no short-cuts or mass process.
