Cantine Emilia, a new Portuguese rotisserie, is located in Le Central Food Court in the heart of downtown Montreal. The challenge was huge: design a complete kitchen and service area in a 226 square-foot area. It is like designing a mini-restaurant integrating the essentials of a large one. This space had to be practical, ergonomic and, above all, attractive to customers in order to stand out from the competitors, as there are 25 restaurants offering various specialties in this Food Court.
