This Itamae Japanese gourmet cuisine restaurant challenges Taiwan’s upscale fine dining scene. We tried our best to minimize the thickness of the decoration by simplifying the space and expressing the design only with wood texture, painting, light and shadow. Like a chef’s cuisine that presents the most precious and original flavors of natural ingredients to customers, we believe that the highest quality ingredients often require only the simplest cooking methods, just like our design philosophy. The pure black façade contrasts with the clean white interior.
A bright moon is lit to guide people in the dark alley and to light up the way for customers who pass by the freshness of the food and the ambience of the space.
