EMKA Store in Salaris is a unique project by Sinitsa Bureau, spanning 250 m². The concept emerged from a deep understanding of the target audience – modern business women with a sense of style.

Architects transformed the standard rectangular hall with two key elements: the “fireplace” and the “wardrobe”. The “fireplace” is an entrance zone with a glowing surrealist sphere that intriguingly welcomes visitors. The “wardrobe” partially conceals the far part of the store, creates a comfortable rest area, and effectively highlights the new collection.

Designers focused on restrained elegance: natural wood tones (veneer the color of cognac), high-quality textured plaster, soft lighting. The styling references Massimo Dutti – elegant and functional.

Interior highlights:
– Almost entirely glass showcase wall
– Rhythmic veneer stands with rounded edges
– Mini-kitchen between fitting rooms
– Surrealist glowing sphere at the entrance

The team applied the Pareto principle – 20% of design solutions generate 80% of the result. Goal: create an interior you don’t want to leave, conveying restrained dignity without pretentiousness.

The result is inspiring: the updated store showed a doubling of revenue, proving that modern retail spaces are complete emotional stories.
