The new Tengda Construction Headquarters project is located in the vibrant city of Hangzhou, the latest interiors project designed by Tales Creative. The offices are defined by a bright aesthetic and clean lines inspired by the elemental forms and colors of modern art, as well as Tengda’s open-minded business approach and the dynamic energy of Hangzhou itself.
The Entrance Lobby has an abundance of natural light, and features an inviting lounge area defined by a crisp, contemporary look expressed through striking patterns of red floor tiles, translucent glass screens, and numerous green plants. This sense of openness and attention to color is continued in the office spaces on the floors above, while the lower level provides intimate rooms for dining and socialising through soft lighting, green tones, and a saloe-style aesthetic. Different paintings throughout the project are incorporated into the design, creating an artistic spatial progression for guests and workers.
A tea drinking area and executive meeting room on the upper floors provide refined yet comfortable spaces for collaborative work, their palette and layout inspired by the spatial clarity and exuberant coloring of David Hockney’s California paintings.
