Colliers Define designed the Moët Hennessy Poland offices in Warsaw to reflect brand heritage and prestige, merging elegant, sustainable aesthetics with functional spaces that enhance employee experience and brand identity.
Moët Hennessy Poland was in need of a headquarters that would reflect the brand’s heritage and prestige while ensuring a functional and sustainable workspace. The brief emphasised the need for a representative space that strengthens brand identity and provides a high-quality experience for both employees and business guests.
A key challenge was redefining the entrance area to move away from a conventional reception and create a space that embodies the brand’s exclusivity. The architects designed a showroom-like setting centred around a professionally equipped bar – an element requiring meticulous execution to meet high hospitality standards. This distinctive element highlights the premium character of Moët Hennessy’s portfolio.
The main design theme is the distinctive shapes of the bottles, representing the Moët Hennessy brand portfolio. Each conference room and office has been named and styled according to a specific brand belonging to the group.
Sustainability was a fundamental aspect of the project, guiding material selection and spatial organisation. The interiors feature natural materials, primarily wood, processed using various techniques to ensure aesthetic consistency. The neutral colour palette, dominated by beige and concrete tones, was chosen to create a work environment that supports employee well-being and concentration. The office layout balances openness with privacy. Glass partitions and dedicated zones for different teams provide both collaboration areas and quieter workspaces.
Inspired by Moët Hennessy’s Paris headquarters, the design successfully combines elegance with efficiency, creating a modern office environment that reflects the brand’s values.
