Francesc Rifé is emerging to be one of our favorite Spanish designers. His recent projects are top listed to be publicized all around the world, and notably, is a boutique he designed for Pomme Sucre, a European pastry shop in Spain. One of the greatest contributions the design brings to the establishment is that it is completely unexpected! The interior design seems as though it would be housing hip sunglasses or modern jewelry; desserts are the last product one would imagine for display.

Beyond the element of surprise, Rife beams the color yellow throughout the entire space, not only on the floors and walls but also with the strong architectural lighting. The boutique has a sort of boxes within a box feel. Different size display boxes extend from the wall, and conversely, boxes are inserted into the wall as shelving.
