Febrero Studio has designed the new offices of on-demand staffing company Jobandtalent located in Madrid, Spain. Jobandtalent appointed Febrero Studio to develop their HQ within two floors of a renown office building in Madrid’s main arteria Paseo de la Castellana.

As their mission as a company is to make everyone to get the right job, they wanted their employees to feel their job was also right for them. With this idea on mind the project consisted in creating a vibrant, fun and comfortable atmosphere where employees could enjoy and feel like at home. The key design elements were open spaces full of light, an exposed concrete structure, open ceilings and glass walls as well as many different types of plants that provide life to the office space.

Workstations and meeting rooms were designed to measure providing the employees a place to work where all spaces are visually connected to promote the coworking between them. The most popular space is the break-out area. An open space with a huge greenwall, a cantine, coaches and puffs was projected in order to accommodate many different uses: to relax and get a break from work, for informal meetings and calls, to hang out with colleagues, to have a coffee, lunch or even drinks in the events than the company organises every week.
