The Inusual brand was born to bring a unique – and online – experience to the purchase of smart designed conceptual pieces. When our Studio was contacted to plan a physical concept store, we fell in love with the curatorship and the custom furniture made with flawless and distinguished workmanship, as much with the appreciation for the most designed furniture. The space scheme created suggest a showroom-art gallery approach, a mix that enhances the essence of Inusual: design.
The main challenge that was given came from the proportion of the renovation, once it was willing to shift a city spot where it was housed a same segment store for 12 years. In addition, in another hand, the selling operation should continue on digital format, giving the physical space the main function to communicate this idea. The whole assembly consists in screens panels and foot holders, and that is it. With minimal effort, it is possible to move and shift all the store’s visuals, mainly because, beyond changing positions, the structures make it possible to differ one bottom panel from another – these which present the decor trends that head the highlighted product.
For the opening, the Studio met with all the associates to, together, choose every single detail, color, and environment of which product. Furthermore, FAV mapped and layout the ideal location of which product based on added value X season, hot points, impact zones and routes.
