A warm refuge shaped in technical precision: the new Despiertoo Specialty Coffee space designed by SALTO.
Two years after opening its first venue in the city, Despiertoo once again entrusted SALTO to shape its second space in Granada. The new project strengthens the identity of a singular brand: a coffee that begins in its own farms in Guatemala, arrives green to Granada, is roasted locally, and is served within interiors conceived to accompany that exceptional journey from origin to cup.
More than a café, Despiertoo acts as a small cultural hub. Guest producers, renowned baristas and curious customers find here a place to exchange knowledge and expand the culture of specialty coffee. This second space deepens that vocation, bringing together a warm, approachable atmosphere with the precise technical resolution present in every architectural decision.

The project is conceived as a serene refuge within the city’s constant movement. Its aim is clear: to create a discreet, warm and carefully crafted environment where visitors can pause and inhabit the specialty-coffee experience at a slower rhythm.
