Design Domain Consultants’ Nestlé offices in Gurugram harmoniously integrate biophilic design and brand storytelling, creating an inviting, inclusive workspace that enhances employee well-being and embodies the company’s core values.
The Nestlé Business Services corporate office in Gurugram is envisioned as a workplace that seamlessly blends brand expression, inclusivity, and employee well-being. Rooted in the design concept “The Tree of Good Life,” the office translates Nestlé’s global values into a spatial experience that is functional, emotionally engaging, and timeless in its aesthetic.
At the heart of the design lies a strong commitment to brand storytelling. Nestlé’s identity is not applied superficially but is thoughtfully embedded into the architecture, interiors, and visual language of the space. From custom graphics and brand-led color palettes to playful yet sophisticated breakout areas inspired by iconic Nestlé brands such as Nescafé and KitKat, the office reflects a brand that is instantly recognizable and deeply felt. Each zone reinforces Nestlé’s ethos of connection—between people, products, and purpose—creating an environment where employees feel aligned with the brand they represent.
A defining feature of the project is its biophilic design approach, which brings nature into the workplace in meaningful ways. Living planter boxes, suspended greenery, and green feature walls are integrated across reception areas, work zones, and social spaces. These natural elements soften the interiors while enhancing air quality, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of calm and focus. The presence of greenery, paired with warm materials and clean architectural lines, creates a balanced environment that supports both productivity and well-being.
The workplace is designed to be flexible and future-ready, offering a mix of open workstations, collaborative zones, quiet focus areas, and informal breakout spaces. This variety supports different work styles and encourages collaboration without compromising individual comfort. Thoughtful ceiling designs, acoustic treatments, and spatial zoning ensure visual interest while maintaining functional efficiency throughout the office.
Inclusivity and accessibility are core to the design philosophy. The office adheres to universal design principles, with barrier-free circulation, wheelchair-friendly layouts, dual-height reception counters, accessible workstations, and thoughtfully designed restrooms. Adjustable furniture and clear navigation further reinforce the idea that accessibility is not an afterthought but an integral part of workplace design.
A unique layer of the project is its focus on design with purpose. Select interior walls feature artwork created in collaboration with nonprofit organizations such as Aravali Public Art Collective and Atypical Advantage. These artworks not only add cultural depth and visual richness but also support employment opportunities for underrepresented communities, including people with disabilities and transgender women—aligning seamlessly with Nestlé’s CSR values.
Overall, the Nestlé Business Services office is a reflection of a workplace that goes beyond aesthetics. It is a thoughtfully crafted environment where branding, nature, inclusivity, and human experience come together—creating a space that is not just seen, but genuinely felt.
