Rather than purchasing furniture, the company designed several of their own pieces – and then released the designs as open source. The furniture options created include desks, lights, bookshelves, laptop stands, pencil cups, and a bench.
“Twintip has created its new office starting from an open source project on wikihouse, an idea of architecture00. After reading an article about Wikihouse on Wired Italy we have decided to accept the challenge and create all our furniture from scratch. “
Regardless of the nature of the furniture options – which look great I might add – the office is very appealing with plenty of natural light. Employees are stations in an open area, with two private offices enclosed in glass.
