Located in the heart of Buenos Aires´ Soho ditrict, Las pepas tries to maintain the spirit of the original historical neighborhood while producing its own boutique-like environment. The store was built inside a typical ph structure house, which consists on a lateral patio that ventilates a disposition of different rooms and a back garden.

The general strategy of the store was then trying to keep this organization by maintaining the patio and cleaning the walls in the plan to maximize the exhibition space. The dressing rooms are located on the side, towards the lateral garden in order to open the view of the back garden from the outside.

Although the plan is clean, we tried to produce differentiated rooms by generating intimate spaces within the plan. The mixture of styles correspond with the brands purpose of reproduce the old idea of the boutique, an eclectic universe in which every women could feel comfortable and stay all day finding their own style.
