Elegant Prosper has raised the bar within fashion design stores. Together with global architect and interior designer STUDIO David Thulstrup, the high-end women’s brand, has transformed their former store into a world of elegance and simplicity. From 2012 customers are welcomed into a building where lights, special designed furniture, colors and patterns put the products in focus while leading the visitor through every room and level of the building. The result: An elegant and spacious experience!
A global vision to enter the international scene made the high-end Chinese women’s brand, Elegant Prosper with a total of 515 stores embark on a collaborative journey with STUDIO David Thulstrup, a well-known visual branding expert within the world of fashion, hotels and restaurants. Ten months have passed since the first drawings were produced.
In January 2012 Elegant Prosper has opened a completely new store with a much more modern, defined and elegant look not only focusing more on the products but also giving customers an interesting experience. During this collaboration many things have been demolished and recreated. Together with STUDIO David Thulstrup, Elegant Prosper has worked with visual branding and brand identity.
“Elegant Prosper has three categories: Jeans, Collection and Elegant. Now the architecture frames the three categories in a much simpler and modern way,” David Thulstrup, CEO of STUDIO David Thulstrup, explains: “We have dedicated each category to one floor, but in a unique way which leads the customer through the entire store as one complete experience.”
All furniture is designed and custom made by STUDIO David Thulstrup with fabrics from Kvadrat. Creative and unique lights, colors and patterns are seen on every wall, floor, stair-case and ceiling. These patterns and materials are easily recognizable giving the brand a special visual identity.
The diversity of the rooms and floors invites the visitor to continue from one room to the next in a calm and relaxed flow, which supports the main goal of a store like Elegant Prosper: to keep the customers. The best way of doing that is by providing an elegant experience which goes further than the shopping experience itself.
Elegant Prosper is now considering expanding the collaboration with STUDIO David Thulstrup to include one of the most important stores in Beijing which covers 1000 m2, a project which will make Elegant Prosper compatible on the international fashion scene.
