585 Boardrider’s is a new 10,000 square foot flagship store for Quiksilver. The project is a complete remodel of an old brick and mortar building near Abbot Kinney on Venice Boulevard. The design kept the beauty of the original building intact while celebrating the Quiksilver lifestyle.
Catering to local and beach community of Venice there are skateboard friendly spaces on the front and side of the building and a completely landscaped ‘Backyard Garden’ to serve as a hosting area for community events and performances by DJs and bands. 585 Boardriders is also the home of a curated art gallery, and a fully equipped surf and skateboard shop.
