Berman Bakery’s flagship store in Jerusalem was designed by Studio Yaron Tal and opened in 2011. The store was designed in a ruff industrial look and yet rustic and warm. Flour bags were created especially with a real and authentic look. All displays were designed so that they give credit to the main product- bread & pastries, with an emphasis to maximum functionality to the user. The front of the store has a shopwindow which present the product with light, signage and accessories for a perfect look that increases sales and create interest.
