Gaudi is inspired by classical architectural principles and LED technology. Formulated during an unusual brain storming session folding paper designers Claesson, Koivisto, Rune (CKR) created a luminaire without sharp corners with a graceful yet distinctive sculptural arc which pays tribute to the Spanish architect Gaudi’s signature structures.

Under this effervescent ceiling, a gleaming white counter reaches almost the full length of the store, presenting the assorted fresh and baked Snog toppings within an elegant glass cabinet. Marcel Wander’s Shitake stools have once again been used for the seating, arranged around bespoke tables.

Recently opened outside of Washington DC in Woodbridge, Virgina, ‘Bluberi’ is a frozen yogurt shop designed by french-born Tokyo-based architect Emmanuelle Moureaux. The health-conscious brand wanted a delicious, fun and healthy theme to create a memorable impression upon customers, supporting the company’s future expansion plans.

These values inform every expression of the brand, starting with the name: Yoobi derives from the Japanese word for fingers, yubi – totally apt for food made for eating with the hands.
