Salt Grill, a celebrity chef Luke Mangan’s creation, reflects a contemporary art décor inspired interior with a play of oversized art work and a mixture of timber, decorative glass, stainless steel and exposed bricks. The overall ambiance is a low dimmed environment with a view of the Jakarta’s city lights at one end and a painting of a group of raging bulls going after a chef, on the other end. These displays are meant to reflect the interior and bring up the ambiance of the space within.

With a stone top island table as a centerpiece in the middle of the space, the space is divided into 3 rows of seating arrangement. Window facing booths provide privacy that faces the city view like a painting.
