Bespoke Office Arquitectos has transformed a conventional office in Madrid’s Barrio de Salamanca into a bright and relaxing work atmosphere for general contractor IC-10 Construimos Espacios. The project consists of 3.229,2 square footage in an office building in Barrio de Salamanca, a conventional office schedule and the aim of creating a new brand identity for IC-10.
With these three ingredients, Bespoke Office Architects posed a simple spatial organization: two separate working areas (open), two meeting rooms (closed), and support areas such as IT room and kitchen; and a homogeneous look using the company’s corporate colors.
Our main design decision was to choose a relaxing and optimistic bright green color for the carpet of the working areas. Therefore, we used white textured materials for every other element: perforated ceiling, carved MDF panels and marble pavements (reception area and meeting rooms). We also added some bright black and orange furniture pieces and lamps, in order to avoid the rigidity of dichromatism. At reception area, you can find the name of the company and their main clients in a Wordsearch Puzzle.
