JORDAO was founded in Guimarães, Portugal, in 1982 by a small group of professionals with a large experience in the commercial refrigeration industry being the leader of this group Mr. José Júlio Jordão. Since then the company innovates, designs, develops and produces commercial refrigeration equipment: display cases, counters, vertical cabinets and merchandisers, for the Food Retail and the Ho.Re.Ca. sectors to a national and international portfolio of client including: Carrefour, Delifrance, BP, Jerónimo Martins, Continente, Costa Coffee, Casino, Sodexo and Yata Supermarkets.
In 2012 JORDAO equipped more than 3000 stores and exported more than 70% of its production into the 5 continents.
