AAA Club has provided auto and travel services throughout Northern California, Utah and Nevada for over 100 years. AAI was retained to design their 75,000-sf corporate offices on the top four floors of The Towers in Emeryville.

The design goal was to create a dynamic, high energy work space that was environmentally friendly and integrated itself into the local landscape. The scope of the project includes private executive offices, open office spaces, collaboration areas, a fitness center, training rooms and an all hands/break room area. Due to AAA’s aggressive timeline, the project was designed and built within 12 weeks.
