EnviroScience, an environmental services company, recently relocated their headquarters to a larger facility in order to accommodate growing operations. Working with local city officials the company found a former parks and recreations facility which would fulfill their space requirements.
The design team worked alongside EnviroScience leadership to convert the 19,000 SF facility including 4 garage bays into an innovative office setting. Materials utilized in the throughout space reflect the company’s culture and relate to it’s work in the natural environment, featuring wood and nature color schemes/finishes.
The cafe area, in particular, incorporates a salt water fish tank referring to EnvioScience’s aquatic services and expertise. This area also includes a reclaimed wood architectural element in the ceiling and walls for a cabin like feel. Overall, the renovated building features open office workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, cafe and a testing lab creating an efficient workspace to fuel company growth.
