The project’s scope included the fit-out of a large data centre which supports DHI’s regional operations. The fit-out of the critical services environment involved a high degree of liaison and co-ordination by the project team with key Client stakeholders and nominated vendors. The design solution sought to provide a variety of work settings to support knowledge workers including, collaborative and private work zones, informal and formal meeting areas together with laboratory and research spaces.

Sennex was engaged to design & build DHI’s new headquarters office and laboratory located at CleanTech One – a new Platinum BCA Greenmark building developed by JTC. The site comprised a 30,000sqft unit which was finished to a shell and core finish only and therefore required a full mechanical services installation.
