Besides the sushi counter, you can see through a glass wall where the laboratory carries out all the stages of the fish processing. The reduced space that hosts the tables is visually expanded thanks to a big mirror placed on the wall. The materials are rosewood, bronze mirror, smoked-glass and steel will give a more European sophistication and elegance far from the oriental stereotypes.
