With Nuvola and Drop, the upholstery brand B&V consolidates its offer for home furniture which is the heritage of 25 years of recognized work. The result is two collections for relaxing areas. Both Drop, designed by edeestudio and Nuvola, designed by B&V Team feature clean lines, extreme comfort, meticulous manufacture and an innovative and creative style.

The pure and inviting nature of Drop, designed by edeestudio, emphasizes its adaptability and infinite combinations to fit to diverse places in your home; a minimalist Nordic design with a twist, with the detail of its contrasting binding on the seat and back cushions. The square structure and track armrests contrast with the extra softness and round volume of its box cushions.

On the other hand, Nuvola is reminiscent of the Valencian lightness. This sofa, designed by B&V Team, is inspired by the clouds, for their shape and mellowness and refers to the idea of extreme comfort and relax. To recreate this experience, not only the seat and back cushions are encased in down feathers removable envelops but also the whole structure. Its low and deep seating and numerous options in range give the pieces a stylish and modern comfort with a casual appeal, whether combining modules, corner, chaise longue or separate ottomans to adapt to the space.

This year, Nuvola and Drop join the B&V’s Home Furniture family to stay and complement the offer of the upholstery company, always passionate about innovation, design and impeccable handicraft to meet customers’ needs and expectations. Some of B&V’s most established creations in home furniture are Norte, Domo, Loft or Oslo. While Domo calls for relaxation in all its versions, with its characteristic symmetry built for comfort, Loft brings conviviality and originality of the chill-out areas to the home.

Norte is all contrasts, with its light but straight structure and soft and cuddly seat, arm and back cushions. And finally, Oslo brings up to date the concept of stately piece with a modern elegance. Oslo, Zip and Ego coffee and side tables easily combine with the sofas and complete the home furniture offer.

Home furniture is a cornerstone for B&V, but so is the hospitality industry with collections such as Zip and Vetro, which have won their place in this market in their own rights. The first is based on simple lines and curvy shapes with an elaborate solid wooden base, and the latter mixes elegance in its combinations of upholstered materials with versatility polyvalence in its use. In 2016, both collections feature new pieces.

So does the Ikon collection, the manufacturer’s flagship model, with the release of a more compact version, a 2-seater sofa (163 cm). Designed by Alegre Design, the piece keeps its big brother’s elegance, singularity and meticulous tufted back over an aerial bath structure with natural plywood finishes and steel legs.
