Hungarian shoe startup Pikkpack has announced its newest edition, ‘Pikkpack X Supermundane’, which will be released later this month. The flat pack shoes — originally designed by founder Sara Gulyas as her thesis project — consist of a leather upper and sole that are then sewn together into a 3-dimensional form using shoelaces.

‘Pikkpack X Supermundane’ possess the same ethics and form as the original, but have been given a fresh burst of aesthetics by London-based artist and designer Rob Lowe (AKA Supermundane). His work is primarily geometric, which works in tandem with bright yellow soles to perfectly express the playful nature of Pikkpack’s persona.

The shoes come in a DIY kit that includes an assembly manual, and tote bag also designed by Supermundane. ‘Pikkpack X Supermundane’ will be available for sale at Pikkpack for a price of $US150 upon their release date on November 25th.
