The old Basque Savings Banks brokerage – currently Kutxabank – is moving from old headquarters in Navarra street to the new Torre Iberdrola building in Abandoibarra street. The distribution of the company office space, in one unique story, consists of work areas defined by tinted glass, discreet screening with wooden venetian blinds and bench -type operative positions flowing in perpendicular to the glass façade of the skyscraper. The “neuralgic” center of the facility is the data processing center or DPC, where every detail is contemplated regarding the highly sophisticated technology along with the meticulous esthetics.

In the new headquarters Norbolsa aims for a brand image that feels close, nurtured, without stridencies or unnecessary luxuries, exuding confidence to the clients. The lobby facing the front entrance of the headquarters with oak and black lacquered wood paneling is worth noting.
