Bongo retail stores by Pergo & Plan-ID, Belgium

Bongo turns any gift-giving opportunity into a true experience. With more than seventy different experience gift vouchers to choose from, you are bound to find the perfect gift. At the end of 2015, all Belgian Bongo retail outlets were extensively remodeled and updated. Customers are welcomed into the tantalising Bongo universe, complete with Pergo commercial vinyl floors.

Whereas previously, the stores were characterised by a minimalist aesthetic, they now offer a warm ambiance with touches of colour. “Our latest store concept is all about creating an emotional experience for our customers. Giving and receiving Bongo vouchers is fun! We wanted to complement this with a warmer look and feel.

In addition, feedback from our staff told us that maintaining the white poured resin flooring was quite labour-intensive. The alternative was a floor that not only looks good, but is also easy to maintain. We found this in Pergo”, says Rebecca Dewinter, Shops Manager Benelux at Bongo.
