Svalbardi is harvested from icebergs freshly calved off glaciers in the remote polar region of the Svalbard archipelago before they melt away and are lost forever. The pristine ice is thousands of years old and as fresh as the day it fell as snow. It produces water so pure it is almost mineral free. ‘The taste of snow in air’. Svalbardi is harvested twice a year and produced as a limited edition for the international luxury market. A unique gift and a beautiful bottle for any table.
