Omers offices by Spector Group, New York City

July 21st, 2016 by retail design blog

Spector Group has designed the offices of pension fund Omers located in New York City. Looking to increase connectivity and provide a fresh aesthetic, Spector Group’s design focused on the strategic layout of Omers’ new three-floor Park Avenue offices. Separating work areas from main meeting and social zones, the “hub” of the office is concentrated on the middle floor with reception, conference rooms and a café encouraging interaction and collaboration. Angled lighting set against a complimenting carpet layout highlights the deconstruction of linearity throughout the entire office, while an interconnecting stair, accented with a modern chandelier and marble steps allows employees to easily traverse the space.
