

By playing off the popularity of celebrity chefs and reality cooking shows, Bubblefish helped position Colin Garett who had elevated butchery into an art form as the ‘Master of Meat’. This thinking permeated every facet of how Colin’s flagship retail store in Zetland, Sydney was showcased, turning it into a classy meat emporium attracting crowds of discerning shoppers.
