SALAD PRESS is located under a high-end office building which is nearby Shanghai railway station. It is a fast casual salad restaurant where is serving multiple, easy and fast healthy salad. The concept is to bring green and health atmosphere into every corner of restaurant, makes people feel relaxed and appetite. Designer takes wood, white and black as the main color tone, combine with green plan and interesting line in order to meet Salad Press’s brand and what they are.

Opening kitchen shows the process of the salad so guest can see how they cook their food. The sounds, small, and sights of cooking also make interaction with guest. Transparent exterior wall with TV screen is a great idea to attract people to stop by and send Salad Press’s health concept to people.
