A small boutique selling glasses called “ENDPIECE” has been completed by Korean Studio wallga + WGNB. Located in Seoul, the name of the store stems from the part of the glasses that is connected to the lens frame and the temple; this part is called the “end piece”. A muted background of grey walls and terrazzo flooring provide a blank canvas for the splashes of bright colors to energize the space.
Wallga + WGNB combined the colors bright yellow with a teal green to highlight interior features including the counter, walls and a display unit. A feature wall made of seeming knitted thick teal wiring climbs the back wall and becomes a focus within the store. The collection of glasses are displayed throughout in the backlit shelves, tables or encased in the glass counters.
