The high light of a saturated restaurant market is the high end one off spaces of the dining experience. Habra is a cozy delicatessen/barn with local star, Chef Ahmed Al Bader located in the historic dwellings of Mubarakiya. A collaboration between the Chef and MMC’s founder Mr. Mishari Al Roudhan brings about a new culinary understanding with the aim of evolving and elevating the flavors of the meat dishes on offer.

The limited menu has a selective offering of Beef, amply named ‘Habra’ is the colloquial word for the best cut of meat. Wood is as versatile as the use of concrete; comforts that warm spaces that personify grounded and natural touches. Much like the Delicatessens, the traditional use of materials with meat grinders serving as light fixtures bring subtle surprises that pepper the space. Black steel accent the finishes from white tiles, cement, leather furnishings all the way to the black brick wall.
