Slavian Fest is a new export-oriented brand of high-quality traditional Russian foods. Brand’s assortment includes the wide range of Russian local products, first of all cereals, peas, beans and also a pure Russian honey, known worldwide thanks to their quality and refined natural taste. The main objective of branding works was to create a credible image of ethnic Russian brand as a guarantee of high quality and perfect taste.
Slavian Fest branding included brand naming, logo, identity design and packaging design for various product categories. The name Slavian Fest appeals to the image of the Slavic fest or national holiday, reflects the strength of Slavic traditions, the atmosphere of national holidays and the taste of national Slavic cuisines.
Brand identity is based on the motifs of one of the most common Slavic folk crafts – hand embroidery on authentic grey linen fabric. Traditional field flowers, grass and berries have always been the most common patterns in such embroideries. Such visual-communicative strategy bears the energy of a large national holiday and the atmosphere of domestic warmth.
