Constructive Space has designed the new offices of travel software company 15below, located in Brighton, England. Based in the sunny sea side town of Brighton, 15below specialise in creating systems to manage day-to-day travel services. 15below wanted a refreshed space that would suit their International, travel based brand. This required a lively, warm and colourful space, that didn’t feel like a grey corporate office. Collaborative spaces, both informal and formal were essential for all to come together and share ideas and discuss items as a team.

A variety of meeting rooms were included into the design, both large and small, with each room being identified with a manifestation of a country 15below have clients located. Meeting pods, appropriately named “railway carriages” due to their carriage like design, were also implemented for informal meetings, where employees could go to converse in an acoustic bubble, while having all the benefits of charging ports for their devices.

The second floor hosts an impressive entertainment area, complete with a PlayStation 4 and wall mounted television, for workers to take a break and get away from their workstations. The build covers 3 floors which are interlinked with a new spiral staircase allowing colleagues to move easily between floors. The result is an improvement in communication especially as key cards are only needed for access to the office. Independent coffee stations are located on each floor with all the amenities a person could want.
