For the First Class clients of the Deutsche Bahn the new lounge concept should leave an absolutely positive impression, in terms of a great customer experience with a well functioning working space, undisturbed communication possibilities, and perfect relaxing in a „feel – good“ environment.

For CRi Cronauer + Romani Interior Architects the curved red line of the ICE trains was the incentive for the original design idea transported into the third dimension of the space. The dynamic and pleasant shape of the self-service counter accompanied by the same wave-like curve at the ceiling, illuminated with an LED strip, enhances the warm atmosphere of wood surfaces below in combination with the clean white shelves.

Even more cosiness and comfortability has been achieved by the types of materials combined, pleasant lighting, and an extremely good noise absorption. That is how the Deutsche Bahn announces the next generation of their customer experience.
